Welton Community Cinema

Welton Community Cinema is a group of volunteers whose aim is to put on a traditional cinema night most months of the year in the Memorial Hall. Events are designed for anyone who would like to see a film on the big screen with surround sound and without having to travel far or pay too much. Refreshments, food as well as tea, coffee other non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are available. At the moment there is no need to book tickets for films

We try to put on a range of different films from old classics to new releases and try to include a few surprises. We have recently upgraded our sound system and also planning to have our licensed bar open at most showings. We are changing our seating arrangements to cabaret style to combine the big screen experience with the friendly ambience of watching a great film with friends

If you too have any ideas or would also like to help Bobi Madjarov and the rest of the team to plan and run the Cinema, please contact the Hall at booking@weltonmemorialhall@gmail.com and someone will call you back at a convenient time.
